By subscribing to OfficePilot, you gain access to the platform’s automation features and integrations for the duration of your subscription period.

Subscription Payments
OfficePilot operates on a recurring subscription model. When you subscribe to a plan, you will be billed according to the pricing and billing cycle displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital software services, OfficePilot generally does not offer refunds once a subscription payment has been processed and access to the platform has been granted.
However, refund requests may be reviewed in limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate or accidental payments
- Technical errors resulting in incorrect charges
- Billing issues caused by system errors
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
Cancellation Policy

Once cancelled:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Early Access or Promotional Plans
If you subscribe to an early access or promotional plan, the pricing and features provided at the time of purchase will remain valid for the active billing period.
Refunds for promotional or early access subscriptions are typically not available once service access has been granted.
Service Availability
OfficePilot is continuously improving and expanding its features. While we aim to provide reliable service at all times, occasional updates, maintenance, or temporary service interruptions may occur.
These events do not qualify for refunds unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
